The company

StringKart Private Limited is a technology-enabled sports services company, founded by enthusiastic technology professionals and based in Hyderabad.

Our core offering is a convenient doorstep restringing service for badminton and other racquets. Customers place their orders online, after which a trained Delivery Pilot collects the racquet and coordinates its restringing through a vetted workshop. The racquet is then returned to the customer, supported by photo evidence and a code-verified handover process to ensure transparency and accountability.

This core service is complemented by a curated range of quality-checked, branded sports products and accessories, conveniently delivered to customers at their doorstep. Our technology platform supports the complete order lifecycle, including order management, dispatch, payments, and dedicated role-based consoles that enable each team to manage their respective responsibilities efficiently.

What makes it different

Innovation. We digitise an unorganised trade with computer-vision photo validation, AI damage and same-racquet checks, and a zone-aware string and tension advisor.
Improvement. Transparent pricing, live tracking, SLA timers and a verified handover replace the walk-in counter.
Scalability. The model is asset-light. Capacity grows many times over by onboarding workshops with technicians, customer support staff and Delivery Pilots, creating local employment and income.
