These terms govern the badminton racquet stringing and related pickup & delivery services provided by StringKart (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Service scope

StringKart offers racquet restringing on a drop-at-store or pickup & delivery basis within the currently advertised service area. Available plans, prices, and coverage are shown at the time of ordering and may change.

2. Racquet condition & liability

• You confirm your racquet is in usable condition with no pre-existing cracks, frame damage, or breakage at the time of handover.
• StringKart is not liable for pre-existing or latent frame defects (hairline cracks, weakened joints, prior repairs, etc.) that may surface prior to or during the stringing process.
• Where our checks or the Delivery Pilot identify possible damage before stringing, we will inform you and may pause the order pending your confirmation.

3. Timelines & delays

We strive to meet the estimated pickup, stringing, and delivery timelines shown for your order. However, reasonable delays may occur due to operational or unforeseen circumstances (for example weather, string availability, or Pilot/vendor scheduling). Displayed times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. String tension

String tension is applied to your requested value within a normal manufacturing/stringing tolerance (typically ±1–2 lbs). Some natural loss of tension over time after stringing is expected and is not a defect.

5. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate racquet details (brand, model), string preference, and contact information. Incorrect details may affect the service, pricing, or delivery.

6. Payments

Charges are shown before you place the order. Payment is collected per the option you select (in advance, at store, on pickup, or on delivery) and via the mode chosen (cash or UPI). Orders may be held until the applicable payment is settled.

7. Cancellations & refunds

• You can request a cancellation or modification from the Track / Manage order page after verifying your mobile number by OTP. Cancellation is available until the order reaches Work-in-progress; modifications (plan, pickup/delivery slot, or an in-area address change) are available within their respective stages.
• Every request is reviewed by our team, and we'll confirm once it has been accepted.
• Refunds (when you have already paid): before pickup, the full amount is refunded. Once the racquet has been picked up, the delivery charge is deducted and the balance is refunded. For in-store (drop-at-store) orders, no delivery charge applies.
• Once stringing is in progress, an order can no longer be cancelled online; in exceptional cases the workshop may cancel and return your racquet.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment source as soon as possible.
• If a first order is cancelled after pickup, we may send a goodwill discount coupon towards your next order, valid for a limited period.

8. Communications

By ordering, you consent to StringKart contacting you about your order via WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or email using the details you provide.

9. Data & privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order (contact, address/location for pickup & delivery, and order details) and use it to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time you place an order applies to that order.
